- 180g flour
- 3 eggs
- 2cl olive oil
- 10cl milk
- 1 achet of baking powder
- 15 black olives
- 2 heaped tbsp of chopped basil
- 12 Bâtonnets Surimi Sticks
Put the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
Add the eggs and oil. Start mixing with a whisk, then pour in the milk bit by bit to avoid lumps.
Lightly salt the paste, add the diced black olives and the basil. Mix together.
Pour 1/3 of the paste into a cake pan.
Place 6 Surimi Sticks along the entire length of the cake pan.
Add half of the paste, arrange the remaining 6 Bâtonnets Saveurs sticks and cover with the remaining paste.
Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes.
