- For 4 sandwiches
- 8 polar breads
- 120g plain fromage frais for spreading
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 shallots
- 4 slices of Coraya Tranches de la Mer
- 8 cherry tomatoes
Peel and chop the shallots finely.
In a salad bowl, mix together the fromage frais, shallots, chives and pepper.
Place the Tranches de la Mer folded in 4 on top.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them with a serrated knife. Arrange these slices on the Tranches de la Mer.
Cover each sandwich with another polar bread.
Keep them in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
