- 8 tortillas
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 slices of Jambon de la Mer
- A few lettuce leaves
- 1 mozzarella
- Tomato coulis sauce
- 4 basil leaves
Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes.
Chop the mozzarella ball into thin slices.
Chop the basil leaves.
Place two slices of Jambon de la Mer on a tortilla.
Add on top a few salad leaves, 4 cherry tomatoes, a few slices of mozzarella and basil.
Drizzle a little tomato coulis on top and close with another tortilla.
Place it on a hot grill for just long enough for the cheese to melt and cut into 4 pieces.
Repeat with the other tortillas.
